These terms cover the AlwaysTracked marketing website at alwaystracked.com. The product itself — the dashboard, the tags, the app — has its own separate agreement you'll sign when you create an account.
What this site is
A marketing site. We describe what AlwaysTracked does, who it's for, and roughly what it costs. We try to keep everything accurate, but specs, pricing, and feature lists can change. Don't make a major business decision based only on what you read here — book a demo and we'll walk you through the real product.
Demo calls
Booking a demo doesn't sign you up for anything. No contract, no card, no obligation. It's a 30-minute conversation. If we're not a fit, we'll say so.
No warranties
The information on this site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it's complete, error-free, or current. We don't promise the site will always be up. We're not liable for any decisions you make based on what's published here.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at scale, don't try to break it, don't impersonate us, don't use the contact or demo forms to send spam. Use a normal browser like a normal person.
Trademarks
"AlwaysTracked" and our logo are ours. Apple, Find My, and any other brand names referenced belong to their respective owners. We're not affiliated with Apple Inc.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts in Charleston County, South Carolina.
