Privacy policy

Short version: this is a marketing site. We collect your email when you book a demo or contact us, and we use basic analytics to see which pages people visit. That's it. We don't track location data here — that only happens inside the product, after you sign up, and it's covered by a separate in-product agreement.
What we collect
- Demo and contact form info: name, company, email, and whatever you type in the message field. We use it to reply to you and schedule a call.
- Scheduling data: if you book through Cal.com, they collect your name, email, and time slot on our behalf.
- Analytics: page views, referrer, rough location (country/city level), browser and device type. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and doesn't use third-party cookies or fingerprinting.
- Cookie preference: a single value in your browser's localStorage so we don't show the cookie banner again.
What we don't collect
We don't collect location data on this website. We don't sell your information. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't share your email with anyone outside the tools we use to run the business (email, scheduling, analytics).
Who sees it
Our team. The vendors that run our infrastructure (hosting, email, Cal.com, Plausible). Nobody else.
Delete my data
Email hello@alwaystracked.com from the address you used to contact us and we'll delete your records within 30 days. No forms, no hoops.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. For substantial changes that affect how we use your data, we'll email anyone who's given us their address.
